Being Taught From My Wagering Failures

1st to explain why I write this essay. I have been betting online or at land based casinos for many years. I have discovered, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you will not even realize it until you are penniless. Especially if you’re on a winning run. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in only a tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I’ll go too far. It appears you are just having fun until you decide to track your loss and the guilt sets in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can win it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t works. Then you become sick in your gut and the harder you attempt the faster you lose.

When you notice that you’re ahead, STAY on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, don’t tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and again and again, trust me, this plan almost never ever works. Say you are betting on slot games, have a bankroll put aside prior to beginning your action. Don’t go over that limit, regardless how appealing. If you happen to win, put that in a different pot. Do not use your winnings no matter what. Once you have played through your original set limit, call it a day. Head out, regardless if it is on the internet or at a brick and mortar betting house, do not stay around. Always remember, there will be another day, a different time.

Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be exciting not backbreaking, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, don’t even start.
